When you feel unclean on the inside.

At the feet of Jesus is the place for me:



Have you ever felt like something is wrong on the inside of you? 


We all have had this feeling at one point or another.  I know that many of us at times ignore those feelings thinking they will pass.  People deal with these feelings by going shopping or going out to eat or for a drive.
Some think it's a physical problem and go to a doctor hoping a depression pill to take away that feeling. 


What is that feeling and what to do about it?


The feeling of drifting and not sure how to get back is not a good feeling but the good news about this feeling is that you know something is wrong.  No one can deal with a problem unless they know that a problem exist.


So many Christians they start drifting spiritually and don't realize how easy it is to get back.  They ignore the voice on the inside that is calling us back to sit at the feet of Jesus our Lord.


I say easy because it is easy. 

      Jesus our Lord is only a prayer away to lift us out of the dark deep pit that we feel.  At the feet of Jesus is where we all need to be.  I know that at the feet of Jesus I find forgiveness of my sin and shame, at the feet of Jesus I find peace.  My friend if you feel as you are drifting and don't know why.take time to sit at the feet of Jesus.  



How do I sit at the feet of Jesus?


1.  Take time to sit ( Just you and Jesus)  
2.  Sing Him a song ( example: I love you Lord and I lift my voice to worship you, oh my soul...)
3.  Lift your hand up to Him and tell Him how much you need Him.  ( I love you Jesus, I need you Jesus.
4.  Ask Him to wash you clean.  ( Forgive me Jesus for drifting away, forgive me for not walking in love toward 
     other people, help me forgive people who have wronged me....) 
5.  Thank you Jesus for forgiving me and washing me clean.  Thank you for your blood that was shed for me.


Prayer you can pray :

Father in heaven, I come to you in the Name of Jesus. I ask you to bring me back to the feet of Jesus.  
I don't want to walk this Christian walk in my own strength.  I want your power and your presence in my
daily walk with Jesus my Lord.  I refuse to walk in bitterness and hate.  I forgive all who have wronged me.
I ask you to wash me clean and help me to love you each day more than the day before.  


Help me to be a living example of my confession of faith.  Help me to speak with a voice of love to all who come across my path.  


Forgive me of my sins and wash me clean.  I love you Jesus my Lord and I need your help.


In Jesus Name my Lord,


Amen.

I used to owe the IRS about 25,000 dollars, that's with fees and penalties and with no hope of getting the bill down. First we tried monthly payments and that did not work out.
